 It is a bit of a sin to neglect a blog for this long, but it's for good reason--we've been madly busy with wedding cakes! Tastings and weddings have the chefs' hands full.  Our Spring Wedding Cake Tasting OPEN HOUSE will be held Sunday, March 15 from 4 to 6 pm at Madeleines, 124 N. Main St., Concord, NH. Chef Paul will feature a selection of his cakes - always made from scratch - a variety of fillings, and his rich and delicate signature buttercreams.  Here at Madeleines we are always making time for private wedding/civil union/special occasion cake tastings for our customers and potential customers. However, every once in a while we like to offer a group tasting. It's a low-pressure, and super-tasty way to start to get an idea of what kind of cake you might like for your event. We will offer many types of cakes for you to try, our portfolios will be available, and Chef Paul will be on hand to answer questions or offer advice. We are aiming to offer our next public tasting in late January/early February and we'd love to see you there. It's free, it's fun, and again, it's very low-pressure.
