How many pork pies can one holiday pastry elf assemble in one afternoon? Well, that depends on a lot...how fast can you roll that dough? How fast can you fill that pie (keep in mind that you will be distracted, the whole time, by the DELICIOUS smell of the spices, and the great smell of fresh dough)? And can you do it all and still make the pie pretty...that's important! This is what we call WOW! 12/17/2008
