Our French-Canadian traditional foods are in increasing demand!  Simmered and baked on-site, our pork pies and gorton/creton are enjoyed in NH, ME, VT, MA, Quebec, and more.  Local customers come from Concord, Manchester, Nashua, Sunapee, and beyond to enjoy a taste of family tradition.

Gorton/creton
A slowly simmered, seasoned ground pork spread perfect on crackers or with a great baguette!  Add a petite cornichon-pickle. Delicious.

Tortiere
A golden brown, spiced pork pie - great with piccalilli!  A French Canadian holiday classic, known throughout New England to everyone who ever had a Memere... this is a traditional Christmas Eve midnight meal - good anytime.  Freshly baked on site.
